Across our laboratories, women are not just contributing to science, they are leaders, they are transforming challenges into solutions, and they are delivering real world impact. To celebrate International Women’s Day, we have been shining a spotlight on just a few of the remarkable women within the NML and the work they deliver every day. This campaign captures how their measurement expertise keeps this world aligned and makes a difference for people and society.

Meet Eloise
Eloise Busby is a Senior Researcher in our Biological Metrology team.
“When we talk about traceability in measurement, we’re really talking about trust – trust that the numbers we generate at the NML are comparable to those produced anywhere else in the world. That consistency underpins confident decisions that ultimately protect people, and that’s the kind of impact I hope my work continues to have”
